Why local context matters

A Texoma customer decides on a phone, usually in a parking lot.

Small-town and regional customers still check you out online first, often on a phone, often with a specific question: are you open, do you do this job, can I call right now, do I trust these people. A good site answers those before anyone has to ask.

For a tire shop that meant services, reviews and tap-to-call on the first screen. For a notary it meant coverage details and transparent pricing next to an appointment request. For the Homestead it meant two sites: one telling the farm's story, one for guests ready to book. The structure follows the business, not a template.

National agencies tend to send the same city-swapped page to everyone. We would rather you could drive down the road and meet the people who built the thing.
